Who we are

Aura is operated by Koax Industries OPC Private Ltd (“Koax”, “we”), based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

This site today: a waitlist, nothing more

Aura has not launched yet. Right now, aura.koax.in only operates a waitlist: it collects an email address and whether you're joining as a creator or a fan, so we can notify you when access opens. No accounts exist yet, and no payments are processed on this site. Everything described below as part of Aura describes what we are building, not a live service.

What Aura will be

When Aura launches, it will let creators earn from their fans in five ways: monthly and annual membership tiers, pay-per-view unlocks on individual posts, paid direct messages and priced special requests, booked per-minute video calls, and tips. The standard commission is a flat 10% of what a creator earns. As a launch offer, the first 100 creators to join pay 0% commission for their first 6 months. Payments will be accepted over UPI, cards, and net banking.

Acceptable use

Aura is built for mainstream creative content. Whether you're on the waitlist today or using the live platform later, the same baseline applies:

• Nothing illegal under Indian law.
• No harassment, hate speech, or abuse directed at another person.
• No impersonating another person or organisation.

We can refuse or remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Limitation of liability

This site and, once launched, the Aura platform are provided on an as-available basis, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of either. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, where Koax is based.

Changes to these terms

We will update these Terms as the product develops, most significantly once real accounts and payments launch, when this page will be replaced with a fuller version covering the live service. We will update the date at the top when that happens. Continuing to use this site after a change means you accept the update.
